Change Form Upload Path

Hi;

1. I am sending jpeg and png files through the form I designed. These files appear on wordpress/uplıad/quform folder but they require such a big space on the disc that there won’t be any space soon. Is it possible to make these files smaller while downloading on the form or is there another way to do it?

Or;

2. How can i change upload path like a google drive, dropbox, any cloud/ftp system, etc…..
