Change input field background color

When I created a form, I noticed that the input field is a pale blue color that is not aesthetically appealing. How can I change this input field background color to a different color of my choice? Please see attachment.

The default color of each field is that pastel blue color, and when you click on the field, it changes to a green color. Can both these colors be changed?
