Change Radio Buttons hover color

I want to change the hover color of the used radio buttons. For example I placed radio buttons here: https://hawe-gmbh.de/anfrage/

I wanted them to be rounded so I used the hollow rounded theme. (The same I used for the submit buttons)
But on hover, the buttons changes the color to #10a9bb. How can I change that?
