Change Subject in Sent Emails & Alignment

Emails I receive are showing “WordPress” as sender. How can I change it to the name of the form so I can determine which form is being sent? Many employees will get emails from the form and I rather it not say “WordPress” with senders email attached. Can you help me out?

The drop-down to select a recipient is aligned center. I prefer to align left. What do I need to do?
