changing field names before submitting to external URL

Hi there,

I am trying to submit my form to external URL. But for that I need to have fields with particular name, so is there any way to change all the fields name before the form is submitted to external URL?

The form is in right sidebar of http://www.centralised-solutions.com.au/bonds/.

I have also submitted single date field query for the same form.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yes I followed it, but I am not using this form anymore. So nothing to worry about it now.

I am using the form again in right sidebar of http://www.centralised-solutions.com.au/bonds/ as I wrote above.

I have used bottom part of the code from https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress/guides/integration/send-form-data-to-another-script to change variable names. But what I want to do is pass all the variables values to the external URL http://www.bondscouriers.com.au/bondsweb/track-job.htm.

So if the value is right, then it will display report like http://www.bondscouriers.com.au/bondsweb/pod_report/2768.html.

You can use Job ID “2768” and Date “08/08/2007” for testing purpose.

Can you please tell me how the form can be submitted to external URL like this?

If you can please respond quickly, it would be greatly appreciated.
