Check duplicate email addresses across multiple forms

Hello,

Since we use multiple languages on the website we have one form per language.
Now we want that the visitor can fill out the forms only once (validation trough the email address).

Is this possible?

This code does not allow to EDIT Entry,
it works with any field when submiting, but you cant no longer edit it without changing the field you are inspecting with code.
