Check if zapier hook works

Hi,

We have the same forms on two websites. Now we have the problem that on one website the zapier hook works fine but on the other one it does not. (It’s a different Hook – that’s not the problem)

Now the question has arisen if it is possible to check if the data is sent to Zapier or not?
Something like a log for all transitions.

We have also already tried to turn on the debug mode, but there is no error showing.
