checkbox image responsive

Hi I was wondering, I was using images with checkbox options with a little bit more width around 600px X 600px

But on mobile images width cropped the images
I try to give image width and height in percentage and in VW but not helped
I add a few media queries but that also did not work best for all devices

Please give me a better way to adjust my images for all devices
