Checkbox wrap text & Checkbox selection

I have a couple of issues with the checkbox. I have quite a few checkboxes that I have managed to place in 4 columns using CSS.

The text next to the box is fairly long and want to wrap it within the column, currently it bleeds over into the next column and into the other checkbox and text. Any ideas how this can be achieved? In the CSS?

My other issue is I want to limit the amount of checkboxes that can be checked. For example, 5 out of 30. Any ideas?
