Checkboxes customized value in notification

Hi,

I’ve added at consent checkbox: https://support.themecatcher.net/quform-wordpress-v2/faq/forms/how-do-i-make-quform-forms-compliant-with-gdpr

But when the notification email is received, it look like the attached image. List styled.

I just want it to say: “Accept af privatlivspolitik: Samtykket”

Please advise,
