ParticipantHi there!
We created a form with conditional logic. But we’ve been having issues with the conditional logic being correct after the back button is pressed. Here’s our site, the link where the form is:
http://www.tristone-llc.com/join-us/To replicate the issue that I’m talking about,
1 – please choose the first option
2 – it will bring you to a set of checkboxes, click ‘Advisor’ then without unclicking that box, click the ‘Back’ button
3 – then from that main page, click the second option, and the click Next
4 – the page you will see is the one with ‘Advice’ etc, but this is the page that you should see if you clicked Next after you’re on that ‘Advisor’ checkboxes. It’s like the form is still thinking that the person is on the ‘Advisor’ page. Please help.
Second question
Is there a way to limit the number of ticks on checkboxes? For example, we have 10 options for checkboxes, how will we limit users to just tick 3 of them. And if they tick a 4th box, they would see a warning message that will say ‘you can only choose 3’.Third question
Is there a way to set a confirmation page? There’s a confirmation message but it appears above or below the form. Is there a way ti show it on the same layout but not showing the form anymore? Thanks
