Conditional Logic Based on User Login

I was wondering if Quform does something along the lines of this:

When user A is logged in, it will show Dropdown menu options A, B, and C.

When user B is logged in, it will show Dropdown Menu options D, E, and F.

So the values for input fields for DropDowns, Checkboxes, and Radio buttons will dynamically be generated based on the user that is logged in. So, all the form fields will be the same but the form field values will be different per user.

Any help in the right direction would be appreciated!
