Conditional logic doesn´t work on new fields anymore

I have a strange issue. I have a form that works since many weeks and now I needed to add another field with a conditional logic. I already have several conditional fields and it works perfct. But when I enter the new field and tick the checkbox nothing happens. The areas where I can add the conditions doesn´t appear.

When I untick the checkbox in one of the existing conditional field and then tick it again it works. Seems as if only new fields are touched by this issue.

I´m using Version 1.4.4. Isn´t that the latest???

I reinstalled the latest version and now it works
