Conditional Logic: If Number of delegates: 1 then cost is R2000, it 2 then….

How do i set this up in quforms, read the forums and cant seem to find an answer:. Here is an example:

look at the number of delegates field:

perfectly, i just wish i could duplicate more….. Can i make new fields appear at the top instead of the bottom?
