Conditional Logic Not Working in Real time

Hi Alyy, I know there are many similar posts to this issue but I have gone through forums tried jquery migrate plugin as well but i couldn’t figure out the issue. I use conditional logic for my bookings and it is now completely broken. Please help me with this. Thanks
