When I first installed my quforms, everything worked fine, but lately I’ve been having trouble. First the form was all spaced out funny, but I deleted some code in the functions.php per support suggestion, and that cleared up. Now the conditional logic is not working. Instead, every option is showing, which is not what I wanted. Any suggestiong?
