conditional logic with hidden field

I have 3 inputs type=”radio” which are written in html and then I have a hidden field with the id 1_27.

<input name=”quform_1_27″ type=”radio” value=”1″>
<input name=”quform_1_27″ type=”radio” value=”2″>
<input name=”quform_1_27″ type=”radio” value=”3″>

If I test the E-Mail-Notification the Value is shown! But if I try to use the Conditional Locgic it doesnt work.

show this field -> if all of these rules match
hidden field (1_27) -> contains -> 1

The new Field will not show… only with the following rule:
hidden field (1_27) -> is empty

So it seems to be that the hiddenfield is empty in Step2, but it still shown up in E-Mail with the correct value…
