Conditional logic works in preview but not live

Hi,

Tried deactivating all plugins and that made no difference.
I have a dropdown box with 3 options, (1-4), (5-8) and (9-12).
I have 3 groups of single line text boxes using conditional logic so if (9-12) is selected, all 3 groups should show up on form.

Problem is when I select (9-12), the groups (1-4) & (5-8) show up, but not the (9-12) group.
