Conditional Logic works in preview but not on webpage

I have a membership form containing conditional logic which has been active for a few years. I recently discovered that the conditional logic not longer worked. I upgraded to V2 and migrated the form. The form with it’s conditional logic works perfectly in the preview screen but when added to a webpage the whole form is visible i.e. the conditional logic doesn’t work. The forms on my website without conditional logic appear normal. I’ve tried deactivating plugins without success and spent hours looking through the forums.
