ParticipantHi, I’m attempting to use conditional recipients with a dropdown menu on several forms on one site and cannot get it to work. I receive the message stating the form submission has sent successfully but it never arrives at the intended addresses. Forms without conditional recipients function as they should.
Reviewing the forums I don’t see anyone else having this problem. I must be missing something. Please advise.
Thanks for your help, Tom

ParticipantHi Ally, thanks for getting back to me on this.
Yes. The forms have been tested using the same addresses set up as non-conditional recipients (in Quform) and there are no problems. It’s only when set up as conditional recipients that those addresses fail.
I have been through the help guide several times. Maybe I should mention we are sending via SMTP.
In any case, and do correct me if I’m wrong, if the form is working for non-conditional recipients wouldn’t that indicate the issues listed in the help guide are not the problem?
Thanks again for your help,

ParticipantSorry Ally, but if we can’t attempt to resolve this I’m going to have to bale on your plugin and look elsewhere I’ve got a client waiting for their site to go live and it looks like I may miss the deadline.
