    Hi,

By using this guide, I have redirected user to different page, but it is working only for one element. In my form there is 4 different elements. I want user redirect to specific page if he choose one option from one of these elements.
I added given code to functions.php with different element numbers, and website was down.

    How can I do that?

    Thank you
    Tolga
