ParticipantMyMail plugin do not want to send mails, even “send test” is not working after installing Qform.

Quform Version 1.4.3I do not have 1.4.4. version and my Admin panel did not ask me for upgrade to version 1.4.4.
How can I do that manually?
I bought your plugin on Codecanyon. If I download plugin again will bi in this download new version includet?
