Q Form is having conflicting issues with WP Customer Reviews or vice versa. When I activate WPCR it messes up the styling for Q form and even the date picker would disappear. I checked the APCR forum but it seem very limited and unresponsive. I also tried disabling jQuery UI output etc., in Q Form but it did not sole the problem. Maybe you can help..
