Conform e-mailadres via e-mail

Dear sir/madam,

First kudo’s to this plugin! I am using it for >1 year and am still in love with it!!

Is there a possibility to send an e-mail to the person that submitted the form, which sole function is to validate it’s e-mailadres. After clicking on the link which should be automatically generated the person receives an second e-mail where we can confirm it’s successful submission.

I have been looking on the forum but could not find such a thing. Hope you could help me out! Thank in advance.
