Connect Check Boxes to specific emails

Client wants a form with the usual name, email, etc. But also wants to include check boxes on form and if user choses specific check box it will email that department (each check box would have a different email address), is this possible? Is it possible to email multiple people if user chooses multiple check boxes?

Example below

[check box here] Accounting Department (this checkbox would link to email bob@acme.com)
[check box here] Billing Department (this checkbox would link to email mary@acme.com)
[check box here] Sales Department (this checkbox would link to email joe@acme.com)

…..Also to throw a wrench into this equation, if the user did not chose a check box (not required) and clicked submit, could I have it go to a generic email rather than one of the check box emails?
