Connect two radio button fields together

Hello, I have a group with two different radio button elements.
But I want the user to make only one choice within this row.

Right now user is able to click one element on the left and one on the right side.

This helps me a lot.

After this choice at the beginning I want to show a field depending on which picture you have clicked on.
Here as you an see I am working with a logic rule: Show this group if picture is clicked…

When I click on the fourth picture the field of the first picture below stays and does not disappear.

I hope you can help.
