Contact Form breaks my site

Hi,

I just bought and installed your Quform WordPress.

And I tested it on my Contact page on One Million Places

But when I include the shortcode of my Quform Contct Form my site breaks.

Normally this is happening when there is a bug in the code, for example a missing closing div tag.

How can we find the bug and fix this?

Update: I found out that this is happening when I activate and include a ReCaptcha V2 field.
