Content sitting at bottom of page!

HI all,

I recently added a Quform to my WP page. The form is sitting at the absolute bottom of the page, and gives a large 150 pixel gap at the top.

I have a small sidebar, half the depth of the form.

How do i fix this please?

I have attached a screenshot of the page in question.

Also, notice the big gaps between fields. Why has this happened and how do I fix it please?
