CRTITICAL BUG

Hello, There is a CRITICAL bug in Quform!
When Deactivating the plugin WordPress crashes and the site in not operational untill it is restored from a backup. This is a CRITICAL bug which can couse site owners to lose theyr work if there is no recent backup.
Please advise
