Curser doesn’t show over next button, could be a footer overlay problem.

Im using a conditional form. When the user selects option “yes” i set the text area to show. When this happens, the form drops down into my fixed footer and the next button doesn’t work, when you hover over the next button with the curser it doesn’t seem to catch the link. Any fixes, thanks in advance.
