Custom input field required

Hello,

I created some custom fields for my form and I want them to be required to fill, how can I achieve this

Basically I am adding custom input fields and then gather the information from them into hidden input field (the QuForm). I want so that the extra fields I create would be required. I am also adding a picture (you can see not filled fields in the picture, I want them to be required) maybe it will be even more clear,
