Custom validator

I need to create a greater than, validator, I am using a mask:

}
});
This mask contains “,” and “.” and I need to validate a value greater than 99.700,00

How can I do this?

I do not want to abuse but I am on final deadline to submit this form, so I need these details very urgently.
