Hi there,
The last few days we’ve got problems with data not showing up in de form records, but we’ve received the data by form inputs through email.
It’s also showing that there should be 15 records, but we only see 6 of them.
Can you help?

The code wants to make duplicate entries:
With debugging on True the error is this (per field of the form):WordPress database error: [Duplicate entry ‘0-26’ for key ‘PRIMARY’]
INSERT INTOicte_iphorm_form_entry_data

) VALUES (‘0′, ’26’, ‘heideman’)Our hoster cannot help with this. Any idea what is wrong?

June 15, 2015 at 12:59 pm #15592heidemanmediaParticipantHi, I’m sorry but none of the tips worked. We deactivated the plugin and activated it again, did a conflict run on other plugins. The table has auto increment activated.
On our own site, we did a first install of your plugin. Made a testform and got the same errors (see attachment).

Emails send! Username en password for http://www.ict-edu.nl and FTP-account.
