We have created a form and for some reason, 3 entries did not capture the data and sent blank emails to the notification emails. The notification have the {all_form_data} in the body. The form should not submit if the fields are blank. I have tested it again and it’s sending the correct data again. We also have been using Zapier so that the data will be captured in a Google sheet. The 3 entries were also blank in the Google sheet.
What do you think is the reason that the entries were blank?
