Data sent : How to force some datas

Hi,

I have a form where I have some product to select and I need the products selected to appear on the final mail but the logic doesn’t allow it.
Exemple (from image attached) : I choose “Entrée” then select products, and select “Salle de bain” and select products. My conditions make the product visible or hidden as I click on tabs, so in the final mail, only the last tab’s products are displayed (which is logic but not what I want to do).
Is it possible to force some datas to be on final mail even if the condition of appearance doesn’t fit logic ?

After some reflexions I just want to know how to get select menu label to add them into a text variable.
Is is possible ?
A thing like : $(‘.quform-field-1_405’).label() ?
