Database error

Hello,

On one of our pages where we have installed Quform we get the following database error:

WordPress database error Lost connection to MySQL server during query for query SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_quform_sessions made by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, Quform_Session->save, Quform_Session->write

Any idea what might be causing this? The webpage is zaptec.com
