My setup is when someone submit a form, it will send to emails and also save to database.

I have experienced occasionally data not save to my custom database. The number is about 1%, approx. 1 out of 100 forms submitted will not save to database, but form content sent to email without any issue, just database missing record of data. It intermittently happens, hard to check by myself what is going on. Can you provide some advice?

May be you can duplicate this issue by submitting 1000 or more forms and save to database, if there are missing so you can see. Just my little weird idea and you should have better way to test.

    Thank you in advance!
    Eric
