Database Interface is not working for me

I have set a couple of samples just to see MySql Database being updated and not luck yet..

Use WordPress database – Checked
Database Table – wp_membership (created in WordPress Database)
What to save

Database field Value
lastName Form.Last.Name
etc

No Luck, I even left just three columns just in case there was a mapping issues and nothing

Any Hint?

I have the same issue. Got 20 fields, all match form, nothing being written to database?
