Date field blank label & placeholder style

Hello, if I add a label to a date field, with it set to being inside, the field shows up as blank. However, if I put it as placeholder text, then it doesn’t match the style settings. So, is there any way to add a label that can be seen, or change the placeholder text color to the one shown in the email field on the attached pic?
