Date in confirmation mail

After sending form I receive email with details. Date format is not ok. as you can see in attachment it shows 11th , 21th, 12th etcetera. How can I remove the characters “th” ?

Also I addes a HTML code which is printed with <ahref=…..> html. I just want the tekst printed as it is shown in the form, so without HTML.
