Date Picker problem

Hello,

I have problem with date pick, it only show the month when i have selected the date, it show DD-05-YYYY (for example). See capture.

I have tested to disable all plugins and tested with Chrome, Brave, Edge and Firefox.

I have find a solution.

I have to put : dd-mm-yyyy on the form + on the global configuration.
If i put dd-mm-YYYY, or DD-MM-YYYY > doesnt work > only work without uppercase.
