date, time and dropdown not working

The Tags “date”, “time” and “dropdown” can not be clicked -> nothing happens!
The date tag can only be filled with the calandar!

is my problem clearly stated? I bought this plugin because i really need to create simple forms…

it seems that there is a problem with uniform…
if uniform is disabled the dropdowns work, but are way to small -> see attached picture
if uniform is enabled nothing is happening when i click on the dropdowns, the date selection is only possible with the calendar and the display differs by browser–> see attached picture

So please help me, i have no clue what to do anymore! Thanks
