A couple more questions:
Is it possible to increase the size of the datepicker calendar icon ?
Is there a way to display on the form the date selected by the user from the datepicker, when the user moves to the next entry field ?

I have implemented the larger datepicker icon but the PHP / JavaScript is a little complicated for me just yet as I am just finding my way around WordPress at the moment.
