Deletion of ENTRY by form

Hello,

Is it possible to make action like:
I fill up form and it goes to Entries. Lets say I put in text field “1234” and choose by drop down “Active”
And later I want to make it “Inactive”
By fill up text field “1234” “Inactive”

Form finds already added “1234” and changes it to “Inactive”

I am talking about front end 🙁

Would appreciate if you could help me out with it…

I need only to
Change 2 columns
Update date
and change status(with text field or dropdown menu doesnt matter)
