Different date sent in confirmation e-mail

Hello,

My client uses a form to receive reservations for his restaurant. A picker date is configured to allow to choose dates only 2 days later ( default date is {today|+2 days}).
However, in the confirmation email, the date displayed is not the same and is one day earlier. If I choose 05.12.2019, the e-mail will display that the date chosen was 04.12.2019.
