Disable day today in date field

Hi,
I use quform on my wordpress site like an order form for clients who want to book a same day delivery.
Clients use the date from the date field in order to choose their date of delivery
We offer same day delivery for orders placed before 4 pm. After 4 pm we can deliver the next day.
So here is my question:
Is there a possibility for the date field to disable the choice of today date after 4pm?
Otherwise could you provide a update to get this functionality?
