Display data from name element field in checkbox label

Hello,

I have a checkbox element that I am using as a terms and conditions agreement.

In the options label I would like to display the form user’s name that was submitted earlier in the form with the NAME ELEMENT.

Currently it says “I, THE BRIDE, agree to…” but I would actually like it to say I, FIRST NAME & LAST NAME, agree to…”

Is that possible?
