display {Email} field as plain text

Hi Ally,

I have a javascript function in the Success Message section that sends a separate email to another recipient.

I’m using the Insert Variable dropdown menu to quickly insert the input values, but I’m stumped when I’m selecting the Email field – it outputs the email var as a link! Is there a way to strip the HTML and just display the email address as plain text?
