don’t see labels for form values in Mails

Hi,

we don’t see labels for form values in Mails. We want to send customized mailtexts, so we insert “submitted form value”. The value is showing up, but not the label. How can we fix it?

thanks for your response. I already typed the text in front ob the form value, but i only want the label to shown up, when the form value was filled in.
