Doubts with Date Field

Hello,
I am new here, I bought Quform plugin yesterday and I like it a lot.
I have a doubt with Date fields in my form. I have to insert one Date field for getting the Birth date of the people, and I inserted in my form a Date field, but I see it with border box or something similar.

I would like to delete this border box, I show you an image.

We can see on the left my Date field (wrong) and on the right one Date field that I have seen in the Internet (as I want to see my Date field).
